Bulk Banning

As a panel owner, you will now have more control to ban/unband panelists in bulk.

With the new feature of "Bulk banning" panel owners can download a csv template and add a list of panelist emails. They will upload again the file populated with the list of emails and perform the action of (ban/unban).
