The new support tool feature provides more autonomy to panel owners over their panelists user base and allow them to take some customer service actions by themselves more efficiently. T
The new UI screen offers panelists main data, payout history, participations history, ledger history, status history, ban history data which will make it easier for panel owners to do research and take quick actions for each specific case without escalating the issue to the Cint support team.
They will have access to their panelists interaction history, they can ban/unban panelists and reward them with goodwill payments for specific use cases.
