With an enhanced user interface, the Support Tool offers a centralised view of each panelist’s account, making it easier to research individual cases and take appropriate action quickly.
Key Features:
You can search for a panelist using either their email address or panelist ID. Once selected, you'll see a comprehensive profile that includes:
- Payout History – A record of all rewards or incentives redeemed by the panelist.
- Ledger – A detailed log of all financial transactions, including earnings and deductions.
- Status History – Tracks changes to the panelist’s account status over time (e.g., active, banned).
- Participations – A list of surveys the panelist has attempted or completed.
- Ban History – Logs of any bans, including reasons and timestamps.
Additionally, from this section, you can:
- Ban or Unban Panelists – Useful for managing fraud, quality issues, or violations of terms.
- Balance Adjustment – Add or deduct points using this option.
