Survey credits are initially added to panelist's account as Pending Balance.
These credits remain in pending status until their survey responses pass quality checks—up to 56 days or until the 26th of the following month, whichever comes first.
Once approved, credits are moved to your Available Balance and can then be redeemed.
This new process replaces mobile number validation with a more robust and reliable quality review system.
Panelists can track their credits by viewing the "Transaction Date" section under Balance History.
