What is manual panelist activation?
Manual panelist activation enables panel owners to maximize Revenue Per Interview (RPI) by sending targeted activation emails to panelists based on their panelist_id, without making any changes to the automated email activation system.
How can I send manual activation emails?
To send manual activation emails to your selected panellists:
Select the desired company from the companies page. The panels page displays.
2. Click manual activation management in the navigation bar.
3. Download the CSV template.
4. Populate the CSV template with panelist_id data, then upload the completed file to Cint Engage. The platform will automatically count how many panellists' IDs have been imported.
5. Configure activation emails:
Click the green button to send activation emails to your panelists.

Click Remove file if you no longer want to send direct activation emails or would like to upload an alternative file.
Where can I find panelist ID data?
To export panelist ID data, click on the export tool link:
The export panel data page displays.
From here, you can generate a file to view detailed information about your panels.
