What is lead importing?

Lead Importing is a streamlined system that allows panel owners to convert existing leads into registered panelists using either a secure API integration or CSV uploads. 

By utilizing unique, encrypted registration links for every lead, the system ensures data privacy compliance without the need for PII storage. 

This method bypasses traditional double-opt-in emails, creating a low-friction experience that naturally boosts conversion rates and supports scalable panel growth.

What is a panel lead?

How can panel managers import leads?

To import lead data, please log in to Cint Engage:

• Navigate to the company and panel where you would like to import your lead data.

• Select lead import and download the csv template.

   

• Click the download cvs template.

• Populate the CSV template with lead data.

• Upload the completed file and click ok.

Cint Engage will process the file and encrypt it into unique, single-use registration links that will be sent to leads. No PII information will be stored in our database.

What does the email sent to panel leads look like?

How can leads complete panel registration?

Once a lead receives a registration email and clicks on their unique registration link, they will be taken to the panelist hub registration page where their information will be pre-filled.

Leads will need to complete any remaining fields and submit the form. Once complete, they will be instantly registered with the panel without any additional verification.

How can panel owners integrate with the Lead Import API?

To request API credentials, panel owners should contact their Account Team, who can facilitate the integration and provide the required information.
