New Feature Alert: Get Panel Data at Once with "Export Panel Data"!

We have some great news! We've made it much faster and simpler to grab all the important data from your Panels on the New Engage Platform.

Say goodbye to the old way of downloading each panel's data one by one. Our new feature, "Export panel data," lets you collect everything in a single action!

🚀 Get All Your Data in a Single Click

This is how the new feature works and why you'll love it:

1. Find the Export Button Easily

• Simply go to the Panels section of the platform—the same place where you create a new panel.
• You will see the new, distinct "Export panel data" button waiting for you there.

2. Select Multiple Panels at Once

• Click the "Export panel data" button.
• Instead of downloading each panel separately, you can now select multiple panels at the same time from a list.
• Once selected, the system will gather all the basic and useful details about the panel members from all those panels and bundle the data into one organised ZIP folder.

3. Download Your Zip Folder

• The generated ZIP folder will appear in a new Export Panel Data tab for you to download.
• Remember the 5-Day Rule: For security and system performance, your exported file will be available in the tab for 5 days only. Be sure to download it within this window!
