To ensure a smooth transition and maintain a positive panelist experience, we request that you take the following actions:

Update Your Panel Website:

Revise the "Contact Us" page to include a dedicated support email address.

We also recommend adding a FAQ section explaining how panelists can reach you for support-related issues.

Update Support Link on Engage:

Please update the Support Tool URL in Engage as shown in the attached screenshot.

While Cint will continue to assist you with any panelist-related concerns, moving forward, your team should serve as the first point of contact for all support communications.
