Following the migration, it's important to update all reward-related information on your website, as the redemption process, waiting period, and voucher code delivery method may have changed. If you have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, make sure to update it accordingly to reflect the new process.
Additionally, ensure that your support email address is clearly visible so that panelists can easily contact you with any questions or concerns.
Rewards Redemption Process

Navigate to the "Rewards" tab to access your available payment options.

Use your Available Balance to redeem rewards and submit a payment request.

Rewards are processed through Tremendous, which offers various payout options, including PayPal and gift cards.

To review your reward history, go to Rewards → View Past Payouts.

Note: PayPal redemptions must be completed directly within the Tremendous platform
We also recommend adding information about the Pending Balance feature to your panel website. This is a new process where survey rewards are delayed and added to the panelist's account only after quality checks are completed, rather than immediately upon survey completion.
