We’ve made several improvements to enhance your experience on the Panelist Portal. Here’s what’s new:
Surveys
Panelists will now receive occasional email reminders to log into the Portal and check the Surveys tab.
Available surveys are grouped into clusters based on the length of interview, making it easier to choose surveys that suit your schedule.
On this page, panelists can also view their Available and Pending reward balances.
Rewards
Panelists can redeem their account balance instantly using the available payment options.
After selecting a payment method and clicking Redeem, the reward link is delivered immediately—no waiting period.
Past payments can be viewed anytime under "View past payouts".

Profile
We’ve streamlined the profiling section with fewer but more relevant questions tailored to each country.
This helps us better understand your interests and improves the accuracy of survey matching, reducing disqualification rates.
